Question: What does a propane gas regulator on a kitchen oven look like?

It looks kind of like a bolted or welded together metal pancake with an in-line pipe underneath it and another pipe like structure running axially, 90 degrees to the in-line pipe, straight up out of the pancake. plumbingsupply.com/ gas.html

It will probably be a dull silver looking thing... it will be about 2 inches thick and round...it is usually right where the gas line attaches to the stove

Propane regulators are always red (butane are blue). They are resemble a small disc with a connector which screws into the gas canister and an outlet with a pipe which leads to your appliance(s). They regulate the pressure at which the gas is delivered. They are not attached to your oven.

The propane regulator is on back of the kitchen oven it is usually gray about 3 inches in diameter and sould be connected right before the gas piping enters the oven after the flex . Type in propane gas regulator in search and it will show one . If your house is on Propane a seperate regulator is nice but not necessary because there is already a regulator on the tank , looks just like the one on the tank but smaller .
